NEW HAVEN, CT — August 19, 2005 — VideoEgg, Inc. announced today that it has accepted an invitation to launch its flagship product at this fall's edition of the DEMO conference, an invitation-only showcase considered one of the world's premier forums for new technology innovations. At the upcoming event, to be held September 19-21 in Huntington Beach, CA, VideoEgg will publicly unveil its unique Web-based video publishing technology for the first time before a select audience of journalists, technologists, and industry-leaders.

"VideoEgg is one of a handful of companies invited to present at DEMOfall from hundreds of nominees," said Chris Shipley, the conference's Executive Producer. "The simplicity and power of their vision for user-posted video is the kind of innovative technology the DEMO conference prides itself on introducing."

Since 1990, the DEMO conference has seen the launch of products from Palm, Handspring, E* Trade, US Robotics, and TiVo, among many others.

"Everyday Internet users face tremendous complexity when trying to put video online," says VideoEgg Co-Founder Kevin Sladek. "Our unique solution eliminates this complexity and makes a whole new kind of user-posted video possible for the first time. We deeply appreciate DEMO's support and enthusiasm for what we're doing and look forward to introducing our technology at DEMOfall."
